STIR-FRIED BEEF WITH SESAME SAUCE

  STIR-FRIED BEEF WITH SESAME SAUCE Serves four Ingredients 1.450g/1lb beef sirloin or fillet, cut into thin strips 15ml/1tbs groundnut or sesame oil 2 garlic gloves, finely chpped.2 red Thai chilies, seeded and finely chopped. 7.5ml/1 1/2 tsp sugar 30ml tbsp sesame paste 30-45ml beef stock sea salt and ground black pepper red chili strips to garnish 1 lemon, cut into quarters, to serve for the marinade. 15ml groundnut oil 30ml tuk trey 30ml soy sauce 1. In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the marinade. Toss  in the beef, making  sure it is well coated. Leave  to marinate for  30mts. 2.Heat the groundnut oil in a heavy   pan. Stir  in the garlic and chilies  and cook until golden and fragrant. Stir  in the sugar.
